By accessing and using Shadhin Trade, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform facilitates international trade, and by using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
To access specific features, users must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your credentials. Shadhin Trade reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or compromise platform security.
All listings, bids, and communications must be professional and lawful. Users are prohibited from posting fraudulent products, infringing on intellectual property, or engaging in anti-competitive behavior. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions and certifications.
Exim Market provides tools for negotiation and invoicing. While we facilitate the process, the actual contract of sale is directly between the buyer and the seller. Users must adhere to the agreed payment terms and local/international trade regulations. ShadhinPay is our official payment collection service partner.
The content, logos, and technology powering Shadhin Trade are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Shadhin Trade a license to display it for marketplace purposes.
Shadhin Trade acts as a facilitator and is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions among users outside of Shadhin Trade. But if users follows our terms and conditions, we are responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions among users inside of Shadhin Trade based on platform internal chat conversations and our payments escrow service.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data to improve your trading experience and ensure platform security.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our services for any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or disrupts the marketplace ecosystem.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Shadhin Trade is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of the designated jurisdiction.
To maintain platform integrity, sellers can obtain a "Verified Badge" by completing our standard PIN code verification process. Alternative Verification: If a seller possesses an active, verified profile on a recognized international marketplace like Alibaba.com, Made-in-china.com etc. they may submit the shop page link/proof to our support team. Upon successful review, the seller will be awarded the "Verified Badge" free of cost. Shadhin Trade reserves the right to accept or reject any third-party verification proof.
