We want you to trade with confidence on Shadhin Trade. Our Refund Policy is designed to protect both buyers and sellers through transparent processes and secure escrow payments.
At Shadhin Trade, we prioritize fair trade. Buyers are eligible to request a refund if the received goods are significantly different from the description, damaged during transit, or if the order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
To initiate a refund, users must file a formal dispute through the platform's Order Center. You will need to provide supporting evidence, such as photos of damaged goods, shipping documents, or communication logs from our internal chat system.
Your payments are protected by our escrow service, managed in partnership with ShadhinPay. Funds are only released to the seller once the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, or after the inspection period expires without a dispute.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. For non-delivery, claims must be filed within 14 days after the expected delivery date has passed. Claims submitted after these windows may not be eligible for platform mediation.
Shadhin Trade provides a mediation service to resolve conflicts between buyers and sellers. We will review the evidence provided by both parties and issue a final decision based on our platform terms and the verified chat history.
Certain items and services are non-refundable, including custom-manufactured goods (unless defective), digital downloads, and completed consultancy services. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to a seller's error.
Fees paid for Shadhin Trade premium memberships or advertising services are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer pro-rated credits or refunds in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
